Could you please check the output of Java Console? You can enable java console by opening Control Panel
, selecting Java
and in the Advanced
tab, select Show console
I suspect that there is a problem with firewall blocking access through ports 443 and 2000-2100 at your end. You can check this by restarting the settings wizard (from the Profile page). The wizard will test the access and display results. If you don't get the Your IP address as seen by our remote labs is <your ip address>
message, the firewall is blocking access. The list of IP addresses and ports that need to be unblocked is listed at http://e-learning.nil.com/e-learning/el.nsf/ep?readform&pid=help&tid=el.fs
